I use language to design tech products that support human flourishing. Good content stems from good thinking, so I try to lead with curiosity and question everything.
The best part of my job? Conducting user research. I love crafting pointed research plans and scripts, then sitting down with customers to deeply understand the root cause of their pain points. And there’s a special power in research-informed design choices that borrow from the user’s vocabulary and mental model.
As a design collaborator, I bridge gaps between disciplines and nurture warm partnerships with design, product, engineering, and user insights.
